ICS provides mail scan to email services for our clients. This service can be added to any plan for just $50 more per month. This includes unlimited mail scans per month. You can also pay as you go and have us scan your mail on-demand when you need it for just $10/item for up to 50 pages.

How It Works

Your mail is received here at ICS and logged into our system sending you an email notification of the mail item type and sender. You then let us know if you want it scanned. It's that easy. Your mail items are then scanned and emailed directly to you via one single file. In addition, your mail can be held here onsite for pick-up or forwarded via USPS, FedX or UPS to your preferred shipping address.
