Mail Scan to Email
You can login to your online mailbox anytime and request mail scan to email at your convenience. There is no additional monthly fee for On-Demand scan to email. You pay a one-time order charge of $12.50, including up to 10 mail items opened and scanned to you via email. Additional items over 10 scanned to email are $1 each.
Automatic Mail Scan to Email
Weekly, Bi-Weekly or Monthly
Your mail is automatically scanned to your email once per week, bi-weekly, or once per month. No online order request required. Items are updated in your online mailbox for review, then scanned to your email. You can select your mail forwarding preferences when selecting a plan.
HOW IT WORKS
Your mail is received at InCitySpace and logged into our online system. You receive an email update whenever we receive mail for you, including all items with sender name.
Your mail / packages are stored securely on location.
You can login online 24/7 to view what mail has been received.
Order mail scan to email On-Demand online and we will scan your mail to you. Or when you choose weekly or monthly scanning, we automatically scan your email to you with no request needed each week or month.
