Pricing Adjustment


Like many businesses, our company has made the necessary changes to continue operating efficiently through the COVID crisis, ensuring we provide the highest level of customer service, despite the increased costs of doing business. ICS has been successfully operating for 10+ years, and we appreciate all our clients. ICS is adjusting our mail service fees as of November 2021 in order to provide more services to you as our valued client, streamline internal operations, extend hours, provide free access to meeting rooms, reduce mail forwarding fees, and much more. As of November 2021, ICS will be charging an additional monthly flat mail service fee of $10/month, billed once monthly to your client account on file. Due to this pricing adjustment, we have added additional services to bring more value to you as our client, and off-set this pricing adjustment.


Additional Services Provided


We understand this does add a monthly $10 charge to your account. While this will save you money, because we appreciate your business, ICS is adding additional services for all of our clients that far exceed this monthly service fee add-on. We appreciate your business.

8-Hours additional free meeting room use or coworking use per month

Drop in an use meeting rooms or coworking space at no additional charge at 5608 17th Avenue NW. You can also schedule online. Meeting rooms are regularly $50/hour. This is $400 in savings for up to 8-hours free per month.

Choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly Auto-Mail Forwarding.

When you update your account for weekly, bi-weekly, or once monthly mail forwarding via the link below, we are waiving all mail forwarding fees. You only pay postage. Mail is forwarded automatically on Thursdays. You can still request mail forwarding On-Demand through the site when you need it sooner at the price listed online for same-day or next-day forwarding. After-Hours Mail Pick-up

We will be offering after-hours mail pick-up Monday through Friday and on Saturdays at the 5608 17th Avenue NW location. For those clients that wish to pick-up mail before 9:30am or after 5:30pm at the 5608 17th Avenue location or on Saturday, you may now request a lobby key to pick-up mail at your convenience. You will request mail pick-up online, and your items will be stored securely for pick-up in the lobby lock-box with access code. You must request mail pick-up by 3pm for same day evening pick-up, or by 3pm on Fridays for a Saturday pick-up so our staff can place your items in a lobby box for you.

Free coffee and beverage service when visiting ICS for mail pick-up or meeting room use.

Coffee, tea, and snacks are available at no cost when you visit ICS at 5608 17th Avenue NW.

All meeting rooms and coworking at 5608 17th Ave NW apply to 800 5th Avenue clients.

If you have an account at 800 5th Avenue, you can now pick-up at the 5608 Ave location, and take advantage of the 8-hours free meeting room and coworking use. Auto-mail forwarding is available and on-demand.
