Mail Pick-up Onsite
You can pick-up your mail at your Virtual Office location. There is no fee to pick-up mail. Select locations offer online mailbox acess to check your received mail online for mail pick-up clients, others you can email or call to see if you have mail. Most clients do not pick-up mail and choose mail forwarding or scan to email to save time.
On-Demand
Mail Forwarding or Scan to Email
You can login to your online mailbox anytime and request mail forwarding or scan to email at your convenience. There is no additional monthly fee for On-Demand forwarding or scan to email. You pay a one-time order charge of $12.50, including up to 10 mail items forwarded to you or up to 10 items opened and scanned to you via email. Additional items over 10 forwarded via mail or scanned to email are $1 each. This fee includes standard USPS First Class mail delivery. If you need faster mail delivery, you have the option to choose USPS Priorty Mail, FedEx, or UPS. Those fees would be added and charged at the time of delivery through the chosen courier.
Automatic Mail Scan to Email
Weekly or Monthly
Your mail is automatically scanned to your email once per week or once per month. No online order request required. Items are updated in your online mailbox for review, then scanned to your email. The standard $12.50 scanning fee is charged for up to 10 items. Additional items are $1 each. There is no additional monthly recurring fee and you are only charged when mail is scanned, so if you don't have mail, you don't pay additional monthly fees.

We don't charge you when you need to print, copy, or scan documents. Coworking plan members have access to our secure WiFi network and can print, scan, and copy as needed on a self-serve basis.
