Dedicated private office leasing includes an annual plan membership (mail handling and receiving) and unlimited conference room usage.

You can pick-up your mail at your Virtual Office location with no pick-up fees. You also have online mailbox access to check your received mail so you don't make an unnecessary trip to pick-up mail or packages.

Mail Forwarding or Scan to Email
You can login to your online mailbox anytime and request mail forwarding or scan to email at your convenience. There is no additional monthly fee for On-Demand forwarding or scan to email. You pay a one-time order charge of $12.50, including up to 10 mail items forwarded to you or up to 10 items opened and scanned to you via email. Additional items over 10 forwarded via mail or scanned to email are $1 each. This fee includes standard USPS First Class mail delivery. If you need faster mail delivery, you have the option to choose USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. Those fees would be added and charged at the time of delivery through the chosen courier.

You can choose to have us automatically scan your email once per week, bi-weekly, or once per month. No online order request required. Items are updated in your online mailbox for review, then scanned to your email.
