Includes one company name per account. We offer weekly and monthly scheduled mail forwarding, on-demand forwarding, mail scan to email, shredding, as well as long-term mail & document storage. Meeting rooms and private offices are available by the hour or day. There is no onsite mail pick-up at this location. All mail is forwarded or scanned to your email based upon your mail handling preference.

Once you sign up, you can book a meeting room or private office online quickly and easily, whenever and wherever you need it. Meeting room prices vary by location. When you book online, you’ll always see the current daily or hourly rate.
Universal Service
All mail is transferred daily to our corporate mail processing and document storage center. It is then processed based upon your mail handling preferences. We can forward your mail to you, digitally scan your mail items to your email, and/or store your mail documents long-term until you need them at no additional cost. Mail shredding is always free.
ON-DEMAND
Mail Forwarding or Scan to Email
You can login to your online mailbox anytime and request mail forwarding or scan to email at your convenience. There is no additional monthly fee for On-Demand services. You pay a one-time order charge of $12.50, including up to 10 mail items forwarded to you or up to 10 items opened and scanned to your email. Additional items over 10 forwarded via mail or scanned to email are $1 each.

Your mail can be automatically scanned to your email once per week, once per month, or On-Demand at your request. No online order request is required when you register for automotic mail scan to email. Items received are updated in your online mailbox for review, then scanned to your email. The standard $12.50 scanning fee is charged for up to 10 items. Additional items are $1 each. There is no additional monthly recurring fee and you are only charged when mail is scanned, so if you don’t have mail, you don’t pay additional monthly fees.
Mail Forwarding

Your mail can be automatically forwarded to you by mail once per week, once per month, or On-Demand at your request. No online order request is required when you register for automotic mail forwarding. Items received are updated in your online mailbox for review, then shipped to you by mail. The standard $12.50 mail forwarding fee is charged for up to 10 items. Additional items are $1 each. This fee includes standard USPS First Class mail delivery. If you need faster mail delivery, you have the option to choose USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS. Those fees would be added and charged at the time of delivery through the chosen courier.There is no additional monthly recurring fees and you are only charged when mail is forwarded, so if you don’t have mail, you don’t pay additional forwarding fees.
NO Onsite Pick-Up
We do not provide onsite mail pickup at this location. Mail is physically forwarded or scanned to your email based on your preference.
